Apple, whatever happened to good, thoughtful design?
Your design was always about the little things & the big picture. That is what made you so good. You never got lost in the inbetween.
Now you’re adding design features, images, where there needs no improvement. You’re confusing your hardware/software relationships. Your calendar app doesnt need a textured title bar. It’s a computer app, not an actual calendar. Your address book does not need to look like the little black book. Your new mouse & keyboard features are for a touch device, not a hardware keyboard. This is not an iOS device.
I just read through the entire New Features List. Some of it is great. some boggles my mind.
OS X Lion could be the Vista of the Mac world.
That being said; I’ll probably still upgrade, eventually.
